Do I have to submit a debt claim digitally in a bankruptcy file?

Are you a Belgian legal entity?

You are required to submit your debt claim digitally via regsol.be.

Are you a Belgian natural person?

You can submit your debt claim digitally via regsol.be or in writing to the curator.

1. Do you wish to submit your debt claim digitally?
   • Go to regsol.be and log in.
   • Find the desired file via the 'Search for files' tab
   • Click on the file to open it
   • You can submit a debt claim via the 'General information' tab
      
2. Do you wish to submit your debt claim to the curator in writing?
   • Contact the curator who will provide you with the necessary documents for submitting your debt claim. The curator's e-mail address can be found via the 'Search for files' button in the file's 'General information' tab.
      

Are you a Belgian government institution?

You are obliged to submit your debt claim digitally.
 

Are you a foreign legal or natural person?

1. Are you represented by a special agent (lawyer, accountant, etc.)?

This person is obliged to submit your debt claim digitally via regsol.be.

2. Are you not represented by a special agent?

You can submit your debt claim to the curator either digitally or in writing.

As a lawyer, accountant, agent or other authorised agent, you can submit a debt claim on behalf of the creditor. As a third party who provides professional support, you are obliged to submit this debt claim digitally
