How do I consult the status of my submitted debt claim?

Go to regsol.be and log in.

Look up your debt claim:

• via the button 'My debt claims'
• or via the buttons 'Search for file' or 'My files' and then click on the 'Debt claims' tab in the detail of the file.
   

In the results list, you can view the 'Status' of your debt claim in the 2nd column:

• To be submitted: you have an unsubmitted draft of a debt claim for this file
• Submitted: you have a debt claim in this file. The curator has yet to process this.
• In progress: the bankruptcy curator is processing your debt claim, you can no longer change certain lines.
• Qualified: your debt claim has been qualified, view the Review Statement in the timeline.
• Rejected: Your debt claim has been rejected by the curator. You can find the reason for rejection in your notifications on the homepage.
• Withdrawn: you have withdrawn this debt claim from this file. In the 'Actions' column you will find the actions that you can perform.
   

Please note: you can only consult the qualification (held, accepted or disputed) of your debt claim in the Review Statement. You will receive a notification when the Review Statement has been uploaded to the file. You can find the Review Statement under the 'Timeline' tab in the file's detail.
