How do I submit a debt claim as an authorised agent in a bankruptcy file?

• Go to regsol.be and sign up (you must first create an account on regsol.be if you don't already have one)
• Find the desired file via the 'Search for files' tab
• Click on the file to open it
• You can submit a debt claim as an authorised agent via the 'General information' tab
   

• Fill in all required fields
• The boxes 'Composition of the amounts' and 'Agree with the conditions' contain mandatory fields
• In the 'Composition of the amounts' box you can specify the detailed composition of your debt claim, per item (if there is a lien, nature of the liens, etc.): to do this, click on the plus button 'Add additional amount' to enter an amount. Create one line per amount with a separate lien.
   

• After completing and uploading any additional information, and accepting the Terms and Conditions, click on the blue 'Submit' button at the bottom right.

If you have successfully submitted the debt claim, a green success message will briefly appear on your screen. You will also find a notification of this on your homepage. You can now find the submitted debt claim under the 'Debt claims' tab in the file with the status 'Submitted'.
