Is my access to files in DPA-RegSol limited in time?

Through DPA-RegSol, you can look up all outstanding bankruptcies and judicial reorganisation proceedings, ask for access to them, or submit a debt claim for them.

If you, as debtor, creditor, third party, or attorney of one of these, had access to a file that has been archived in the meantime, you will continue to have access to the file even after the file has been archived.

If you do not yet have access to a file that has been closed in the meantime, the question will be submitted to the clerk’s office of the Corporate Court concerned, which can then grant you access by inviting you to take a look at a closed file in the archive.
