If, as a debtor, you have filed a request preparatory agreement JRP yourself, you can immediately access your file in regsol.be, under the “My files” tab. In your capacity as debtor, you can also give your lawyer access.
Should you wish to grant access to someone else, you should contact the court-appointed administrator. This is the only party who can invite someone to access a file.
The request preparatory agreement JRP are not visible in regsol.be to others.
