As with the filing for a Judicial Reorganisation Proceeding (JRP) application, a fee is payable when filing a request preparatory agreement JRP according to Article XX.39/1. The debtor, or his/her lawyer, pays this fee when filing the application.
A contribution for the LEGAL AID FUND is also due (you can find the actual amount here): this is paid by the debtor directly to the court (as in the case of filing a JRP application). He/she will receive the necessary instructions for this when filing his/her application in RegSol.
This fee is regularly indexed. When submitting the petition, you will automatically be informed of the bank account to which payment must be made.
