How can I transfer a debt claim to another group or account?

You can transfer your debt claim to another creditor, to someone else in your group or to someone else in your account, provided that the transferee has an account on regsol.be.

• Go to regsol.be and log in.
• Find the debt claim you wish to transfer.
• In your list of debt claims, click on the double arrow (= transfer) in the 'Actions' column.  

• Select to whom you wish to transfer the debt claim from the drop-down menu and complete the required details.  
   

• Select the correct group and user and click on 'Transfer'
  • After transfer, the debt claim will be visible to the new creditor/in the new group to all users within that group
    After transfer, the email address on the debt claim (visible to the curator) will be the email address you select from the drop-down.
• The debt claim no longer appears in your 'My debt claims' list after transfer.

Please note: you can also transfer a debt claim to a colleague within your own group. In practice, however, this only changes the email address that appears on the debt claim for the curator. You will still find this debt claim in the 'My debt claims' list as this list contains the debt claims submitted by all of your group's users.
