How can I transfer multiple debt claims in bulk to another group or account?

You can transfer a batch of debt claims to another party.

You can transfer a single debt claim, but you can also transfer several debt claims in one operation.  

The conditions to transfer multiple debt claims in bulk are:

• the group to which you transfer the debt claim already has an account on regsol.be
• the selected debt claims must have the 'Transfer' action button  
   

Proceed as follows:

• Go to regsol.be and log in.
• Click on the 'My debt claims' button
• In the list, indicate all the debt claims that you wish to transfer. To do this, tick the checkbox in front of the debt claim. The selected debt claim turns blue.
• Click the 'Bulk transfer' button at the top right of the results list.  

• Select to whom you wish to transfer the batch of debt claims 

If you wish to transfer debt claims in bulk within your own accounts:

• Select 'To a colleague' from the drop-down menu.
• Select the correct group and the correct user
• Click on 'Transfer'.
   

If you wish to transfer debt claims to a new creditor or an authorised agent outside of your account:

• Select 'To a creditor or an authorised agent' from the drop-down menu
• Enter the recipient's company number or national register number
• Select the desired group
• Click on 'Transfer'
   

If the desired group is not selectable: contact the person to whom you wish to transfer the debt claims and ask them to create an account on regsol.be.
