What is the contribution to the Fund for Second line Legal Aid?

Before filing a JRP petition, you must first pay the contribution required by law for the Second Line Legal Aid. This fee is regularly indexed. You can find the actual amount here. When submitting the petition, you will automatically be informed of the bank account to which payment must be made. 
 
Only when the contribution has actually been received by the court will the petition be registered. 
 
For very urgent matters please contact the registrar to pay this contribution, possibly in cash, at the court registry.
