Debt claim in an open file
If you wish to change your debt claim, you will notice that certain fields are coloured dark grey and that, in some cases, the 'Composition of the amounts' box is also missing the 'plus button' that usually allows you to add an extra amount to the debt claim.
Composition of the amounts
In 'Composition of the amounts', you can only amend lines of your debt claim that the curator has not yet processed.
If you have entered the amount of your claim provisionally, you can still adjust it for this line.
But once the curator has edited all the lines in your claim with the final amounts, you cannot make any changes in the framework "composition of the amounts".
If the bankruptcy curator has processed all lines in your debt claim, you can no longer amend anything in 'Composition of the amounts'. You will therefore not be able to add extra lines with extra amounts to your debt claim.
You can only consult the decision of the bankruptcy curator in the Review Statement. You can find the Review Statement in the file's 'Timeline' tab. You will receive a notification when the Review Statement is uploaded.
- If you still wish to change the amount of a debt claim, even if this is no longer possible via regsol.be, you will have to contact the bankruptcy curator.
- If you only wish to add an amount to your debt claim, you can submit a new debt claim for this in the file.
Debt claim in a closed file
You can no longer edit your debt claim in a closed file. You will find fewer icons in the 'Actions' column than are shown for an open debt claim file
