• Once proceedings have been granted, you can generate notifications via the Creditors module. 
  • Letters generated in this manner will contain a strictly personalised QR code for the creditor. 
  • Send the letter to the creditor by post or email. 
  • The creditor can then access the dossier via this QR code. 
  • Creditors will only be able to cast their vote on the reorganisation plan electronically in the event of a Collective Agreement if they are linked to their claim.
