Notifications

Notifications are automatic notifications sent by DPA-RegSol when a certain action has been completed in the program. The law provides that you must be informed of certain actions: the notifications are the result of this obligation and remain attached to the file, so that you (and possibly all other users within your group) can always consult them.

Notifications are visible to all members of your group. You can find them on your RegSol dashboard or in the detailed file view.

Language
The notifications will be made in the language you have selected in the lower left-hand corner of your browser.  You will receive the notification emails in the language you have specified.
 
To change the preferred language of the mails, proceed as follows:

  • Log on to www.regsol.be.
  • Click your mail address in the upper right-hand corner and then click ‘User administration’.
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button in the ‘Personal data’ section. 
  • Change the language in which you wish to receive mails below

     

Messages

Messages are messages that were posted by another actor active in a file in RegSol. Its content can be freely determined by the originator of the message. 

Messages are only visible to the person who is designated as the contact in a group. 
If you are the contact person for the group, you can consult the messages addressed to you at any time on your RegSol dashboard or in the ‘Messages’ tab of the file. 

If you are not the default contact person for the account group, you (like the other members of your account group) can always send messages yourself, and consult your sent messages under the ‘Messages’ tab on the dashboard or in the file.
Messages can never contain attachments.

If you, as a contact person, choose to receive an email to report a new message, this email will arrive in your inbox. 

Language
The messages sent from the court are drafted in the language of the judicial procedure. 
Therefore, you cannot determine the language of the messages sent by a legal actor (the trustee, the delegated judge, the registrar, etc.).

 

Emails

If you are the contact person of the account group, you can decide whether you want to receive an email to inform you of the receipt of a ‘message’ or a ‘notification’.

To do this, click the triangle in the upper right-hand corner, next to your email address, to find the ‘user management’ button; under the ‘personal data’ button, you can choose whether or not you want to receive an email if a message or notification appears for you within regsol.be. A green check mark means that you wish to receive an email. If you do not wish to do so, click ‘Edit’ and uncheck what you no longer wish to receive by email.

If you are not a contact person, you can choose whether or not to receive emails notifying you of a new ‘notification’. You will not receive any mails to report a new ‘message’; these mails will only go to the account group’s contact person.

Language
The emails can be written in the language of your choice. To make this selection, proceed as follows:
