What is the BJB module?

All cases handled within the context of second-line legal aid are processed in the BJB module. Lawyers can also register for second-line legal aid through the module. Once their request has been approved by the Legal Aid Office, they can search for, create, manage and close cases through this module. All communication concerning a case with a Legal Aid Office takes place through the case itself.

The various steps in a case are always displayed with their different statuses, while the dashboard provides a general overview. The module also contains the Law on Legal Aid and the relevant implementing decrees, the Compendium of Second-line Legal Aid and several other useful documents.
