DPA-Jbox

Your secure mailbox for the justice system. Court registries deliver copies of judgments straight into your DPA-Jbox with the legal value of registered mail: closed, traceable and available whenever you are. For the Council for Alien Law Litigation (RvV/CCE), DPA-Jbox is also the channel to send your procedural documents.

Same value as registered mail

Every delivery through DPA-Jbox carries the same legal value as a registered letter, without the paper, the post office or the waiting.

Closed and secure

Judgments travel inside the DPA platform, behind your lawyer authentication. No open e-mail, no risk of a judgment landing in the wrong inbox.

Judgments delivered to you

Justices of the peace, police courts and criminal courts already send their judgments through DPA-Jbox, and the network keeps growing.

Filing with the RvV/CCE

The one exception to one-way delivery: procedural documents for the Council for Alien Law Litigation are sent through DPA-Jbox.

What is DPA-Jbox?

DPA-Jbox is the application court registries use to send copies of judgments to the lawyers involved in a case. Deliveries through this channel have the same value as registered mail, and lawyers receive them in a secure environment within the DPA platform.

The number of registries communicating this way expands steadily. Besides the registries of the justices of the peace, the police courts and the criminal courts now use DPA-Jbox to deliver judgments, and other legal actors such as notaries are already connected. Bailiffs, provinces and a number of cities and municipalities will join this closed communication channel in the future.

Documents received in DPA-Jbox can be downloaded individually or in bundles to your own computer, so they slot straight into your case file.
